30,000 IU a day of D3
800 MCG a day K2
1 pill of Sundown Fish Oil

1 Tbsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil (Cobram Estate extra virgin olive oil, COOC Seal)
1/2 Tsp of Now Brand Inulin 
1 pill of Now Brand DHA-500 Fish Oil

Monica was in a super great mood this morning.  Running around, watching Elmo, ate a good breakfast. 

Just typing out loud.  If the Nemechek protocol is working, and slow healing, I would have to say she has been showing more ADD or ADHD more than autism lately.  It's like she has all this energy and sitting still is just not an option.  

It is a much improved result from the awakening aggression for sure. 

I do feel bad for not sharing with my husband what I am doing. However, I am the one raising her.  I am the caregiver. He is quick to say "enough", but only because it annoys him. 

Even with the D3 and K2.  He was pissed I didn't tell him about starting it.  But look how it helps her headbanging!!  Me stopping it and restarting it is true proof that it aids in her anxiety.
