30,000 IU a day of D3
800 MCG a day K2
1 pill of Sundown Fish Oil

1 Tbsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil (Cobram Estate extra virgin olive oil, COOC Seal)
1/2 Tsp of Now Brand Inulin 
1 pill of Now Brand DHA-500 Fish Oil

Well.. we curbed the headbutting with adding back the D3.  She bit the teacher today, but no write up. 

It's going to be weird.  If we don't see progress with the Nemechek protocol since we need the D3 for the behavior stuff. The issue is back to the First Do No Harm.  The entire reason I started the D3 and the K2 after 4 yr old preschool, was because they wanted to fit her for a helmet for headbanging.  It was like a softball on her head 24/7. Almost immediately after starting, she stopped.  And then I stopped it for this, and it started again. 

For me anything I do is not for me, as much as her quality of life. I hope she still has gains, but I wouldn't cut it out again until summer 2020 where I can monitor her. 

Her mother has been MIA again for over two weeks.  Alyssa's current boyfriend has a lot of issues.  Beside being over 30, and can't hold a job, he also has no drivers license and still driving. Alyssa has no backbone so it might be a while before we see her.  It sucks for Monica the non consistent. But Alyssa also abandoned her for over a year straight, so as you see the caliber of person isn't consistent either.
