1 Tbsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil (Cobram Estate extra virgin olive oil, COOC Seal)
1 TSP of Now Brand Inulin on Day 56 and 1/2 Tsp of Now Brand Inulin
1 pill of Now Brand DHA-500 Fish Oil
I finally made the decision. I am scaling back the inulin to 1/2 tsp today when she gets home from school. I think she is reacting to it gas wise, and it is too much for her digestive system. I think this might help her level off as well.
