30,000 IU a day of D3
800 MCG a day K2
1 pill of Sundown Fish Oil

1 Tbsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil (Cobram Estate extra virgin olive oil, COOC Seal)
1/2 Tsp of Now Brand Inulin 
1 pill of Now Brand DHA-500 Fish Oil

Monica came home with a goose shaped egg on her high forehead, with a note that she is "still having a tough time".  Which means since there was no write ups, she stopped hitting peers and teachers, and went back to self harm. 

When I started the D3 and K2 it was because her 4yr old preschool teachers thought she might had to be fit for a helmet for kindergarten. That's when I researched the Coimbra Protocol.

When starting the Nemechek protocol, it said no more supplements, which I was willing to do.  However, maybe the awakening period and the head banging without the D3 and K2 was the cause. 

Last night before bedtime, I went back and reread those emails. I hadn't upped her dosages even though she had just turned five and only 47 lbs. She is six now at 59 lbs, 4 ft and all muscle. 

At this point, reading everything on the Nemechek and the Coimbra Protocol for natural vitamins, minerals, and fiber treatments, this is the point I am at.  Finding the right combination and dosages of these natural ingredients, that promote the gut and brain healing. 

We already know the D3 and K2 stopped the headbutting within a 1-2 weeks before, so this will be a big test to decide if I scale back the Nemechek dosage if this doesn't help. 

Too many people don't admit maybe they did one thing or another wrong.  Too many people refuse to adjust and just stop and go.  I stopped the D3 ad K2, and that is on me.  

It's so odd to journal all this, because I also have notes jotted down about the next day after I cut her from the D3 and K2, she jumped on a bicycle at Walmart and cruised the store. At that moment I was kicking myself for not listening to Dr Nemechek to remove all supplements. 

I am not a dr. I am not a health professional.  But the goal in all of this is to "Primum non nocere "

I just want to make her life to the point where her body is working for her, not against her. Autism was caused by a lot of changes to the foods we ate over the past 40 years with processed chemicals. If we have doctors wanting to ease some of the healing to kick start itself, I will keep trying.
