1 Tsp of Now Brand Inulin
1 pill of Now Brand DHA-500 Fish Oil
I added back two pills D3 250 MCG (10000 IU TOTAL) this morning to her applesauce. She was on D3 for over a year. Maybe it was dumb to take her off cold turkey. Perhaps that wasn't so wise. She was on 20,000 IU a day.
Maybe I will just give her 5,000 IU a day of D3. Let us see if this helps that jumpy she has had since her last spell of jumping out of skin.
