Day 49

1 Tbsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil (Cobram Estate extra virgin olive oil, COOC Seal)
1 Tsp of Now Brand Inulin 
1 pill of Now Brand DHA-500 Fish Oil

We had a major mini meltdown for about 10 minutes.  It looked like she had fire ants eating her.  She was thrashing about.  Nothing preceded this.  Just sitting watching tv, and boom. 

She got up to run around, and I was afraid of her hurting herself by throwing herself against the tv, or a glass cabinet, so I asked her if she wanted a grape.  She told me grapes on her talker, so I gave her some in a bowl, and viola, she went back to watching tv.   

One thing I noticed right away is her strength.  Within the past two years, she cut her lip on a Precious Moment, and we had to hold her down to stop the bleeding.  Another time she slammed the shower door, and it exploded down on her.  She had a few cuts and I had to hold her down then too.  This was all before kindergarten, I believe late 2017.  Back then I used all my power, and was weak.  Even when we took her to get a strep culture in the beginning of 2019, she was so strong, I ended up with bruises and was exhausted. 

Today, just massaging her legs during the meltdown would feel like if I was massaging a professional kickboxer.  Even though she wasn't fighting me like those other times, I could feel at any time she could destroy me.  She is all muscle.  

We took her to the dr two weeks ago.  She is 4 ft tall and 57 lbs.  She has zero fat on her body except her buttocks.  That's 57 lbs of muscle.   

This is one of the reasons I won't give up on the protocol.  Clarity for her to be able to regulate her emotions and physical exertions is the only way she won't hurt herself and others.    

Can I remind you she's 6 and in first grade?  I don't think I ever had the strength she currently has.  I don't think Grandpa did either.  I know her parents didn't.
