1 Tbsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil (Cobram Estate extra virgin olive oil, COOC Seal)
1 Tsp of Now Brand Inulin
1 pill of Now Brand DHA-500 Fish Oil
Monica slept in, until 830. She woke up in a really good mood. I am not sure if the Cranberry in her food has helped her UT, but I will say she pooped A LOT this morning. Almost like someone gave her Miralax. I can't help to think that if that stuff was stuck inside her, that would really make her angry and lash out.
My goal today is to take it easy. Which means the hubby will probably want to stress out about some project he put on himself and now make it my problem. We will figure it out.
