1 Tbsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil (California Olive Ranch with COOC Seal)
1/2 Tsp of Now Brand Inulin 
1 pill of Now Brand DHA-500 Fish Oil

Monica went to bed a little later, closer to 10:30 last night, so she slept in until after 8:00 this Saturday morning.  Dry pull up, and went potty in the toilet.

It's better I am not looking for changes on day 5.  I know this.  I am more aware and looking. All I can say in five days, at least for me, I feel there is less buildup before a breakdown.  How to explain that to a non autism caregiver? 

With meltdowns and breakdowns with our kiddos, we can usually see about 45 steps ahead.   It's like a stubbornness.   You can tell when she finally decides she wants something, and will go to any lengths to get it.  The problem with non verbal kiddos, is one, you don't know what they want, and cannot tell you.  We have to pick up on clues that might not mean a thing, or mean everything.  And two, when they get to meltdown mode, even if you figure out what they want, they forgot they wanted it, and continue to meltdown.

6:31 PM on Saturday

Monica was very jumpy this morning, so we went outside around 1030 am.  I would say this is probably what the school was dealing with on Friday.  Not angry, just jumpy and wants to do something.  I cleaned the pool while Grandpa made pancakes and breakfast sausage.  She ate both, maybe more pancakes (dry) then normal.  She ate her sausage as usual. ALL!  She is a meat eater for sure.

We went back outside to close the pool for the summer.  She occupied herself in our big yard.  Swing, Sandbox, jumper.  She had her tablet, so she was happy.  Three bowel movements in pullups, Also semi normal.  Usually only 1.

We had bathtime again, since she was filthy. No issues.  Now I am  watching Cubs. She is drinking milk, and watching Veggie Tales.  Will get her a hot dog and a banana soon.
