Day 4

Day 4 7:51 AM

1 Tbsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil (California Olive Ranch with COOC Seal)
1/2 Tsp of Now Brand Inulin 
1 pill of Now Brand DHA-500 Fish Oil

Monica went to sleep last night, no issues. Pretty normal easy morning. Her pull up was full of pee, which is odd, as normally she has a dry pull up for the past 6 months!  Could be the NP, could be the several sippy cups of milk last night.  :-)

Monica has always been a hand and mouth stimmer.  She loves to flap.  She loves textures, tasting toys with her mouth, hands body parts.  That has all stayed the same.  I would like to think that stimming for her relieves her anxiety, and that since we never tried to stop the stimming, she will continue to use that as a coping skill.  Hard to tell since she's non verbal.  Just trying to connect the dots in my own mind.

It's Friday so in about 20 min we will go to the front porch to wait for the bus.

Day 4 4:25 PM

Monica came home happy again.  Note from the school said her behavior was "Okay" but hit a Substitute teacher today. No further explanation.  I will find out more on Monday.

I did talk to her, as well as Grandpa talking to her about how she cannot hit her teachers, and she has to use her talker to tell them what she wants.  She did get quiet with both of us, so I know she heard us. She ate a snack, and just watching Sesame Street now.

Day 4 8:00 PM

Bath time was good.  Getting dressed after was a little rough. She didn't want to put a shirt on and she Lightly tapped me on my nose, with her fist.  The girl is Rocky, so I wouldn't call it a punch. Just a tap.  But fine after that.
